Engage with Peers & Faculty through a Cohort Community and Residency Experience
Our 60 credit program is designed to be completed in three years. It features two mandatory on-campus residencies at our Mequon, Wisconsin location. The program begins with the first residency, which provides an invaluable opportunity to connect with peers and faculty, laying the groundwork for your online coursework and collaborative projects. The next residency takes place the start of the second year. During this time, you will strengthen your academic and professional relationships, ensuring a comprehensive and impactful completion of your degree.
Doctorate in Leadership, Innovation, & Continuous Improvement FAQ
- Official copies of transcripts from graduate-level work (bachelor’s transcripts are not required).
- Scholarly writing sample (graduate thesis/capstone paper preferred).
- Current resume.
- Essay (less than two pages) explaining interest and qualifications for the program, specifically addressing concepts of innovation and continuous improvement.
Whether you're looking to earn a PhD or EdD in Leadership, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement at Concordia University Wisconsin, both programs offer a 60-credit curriculum designed to develop advanced leadership and research skills. You can transfer up to 30 credits and start the dissertation process from day one to ensure continuous progress. The coursework emphasizes practical leadership strategies and applied research, helping students address real-world challenges.
